We have used Carmel for over 6 years when visiting our daughter and family in NYC. My husband and I have never been disappointed. The cars are clean, the drivers polite and always on time. They have been on time as early as 4am. The drive is pleasant and comfortable and we feel taken care of.

They didn’t have enough drivers, so we would have had to wait about an hour and a half. This was a Friday night, but we registered ahead so they should have been prepared.

On arrival at JFK it was as simple as to call 66 from a freepay phone, I got an immediate text telling me where to go and who was picking me up, 5 minutes from calling I was in the car great journey On the return journey I received a message the day before departure with an app to track my car 15 minutes before agreed time of arrival the app went live telling me who the driver was and where the car was - easy experience value for the money would recommend a try
