Efficient journey but we were unable to access any dollars due to misplaced credit card. it meant we could not give the driver a tip. He became very angry and aggressive and insisted I use another credit card. Because of his attitude I was not prepared to do so. I had my daughter with me and she became quite scared. Dreadful experience.

The driver was on the phone while driving, not a safe driver! Plus, before we arrived at our destination he wanted to know how we were going to pay him his tip, I didn't use this company for my return trip. Viator needs to look into why they use this company as there better alternatives available.
