Nice service.respectful driver.safe.the only criticism! No direction at airport. Had to call to get help finding were to go. In 5 min we were picked up.

I had a very friendly driver. He was able to spot me at the airport. He drove me to the destination in Brooklyn and waited for one of my friends to come down from the apartment since it was night and he did not want to leave me alone. Was very happy with viator

I found the process of accessing my transfer very complicated having to print off a voucher, then ring from the UK the day before travel, and again on arrival at JFK. When I called the provider to confirm arrival, I was cut off twice by the operator. I then found the driver rude and unfriendly offering no assistance with luggage on arrival. Even though the pre booked fare was inclusive, he demanded a gratuity of $17.50 ( ie 33% of the prepaid price) for the privilege of his miserable service. I would never use this service again!!
