I called to get picked up, it took a few minutes we went outside and could not find a driver. Once we found the driver he was a great person. He knew exactly where to go and took his time. He helped us understand the city before we started.

Overall very efficient service from JFK airport to Brooklyn. Car arrived quickly, was easily identified and the journey into town was comfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

The driver was a little late. The initial instructions that were given my husband and I when I first booked the transfer was to stay at the baggage area; I was told someone from the company would be there to greet us. We didn't see anyone with a plaque with our name so I called the number provided on my paper work that was to be presented to the driver. I was told the driver would be there shortly. My husband and I then moved our luggage outside of the terminal next to the curb. We had to wave down the driver to pick us up. Once inside the car, the driver was neiher friendly or unfriendly...just indifferent. The driver was on his phone talking to someone entire time he was driving. The inside of the car had a heavy cigarette smell.

The Bell Captain at the hotel arranged for a car to pick up my husband and I Saturday morning for a transfer to the Liberty Cruise Terminal. The driver that picked us up was Legends Services. The driver was friendly, and made us fell very comfortable.
