the only thing that wasn't good was having to ring the call center to tell them i had arrived despite already providing flight details. i had no US change after arriving from Australia and then i had to scrabble for more after the phone ate my coins...the driver was good- no complaints about him!

After a long day of travel it was nice to know our transportation to the hotel was arranged. Our driver was very polite and drove carefully ,through rush hour traffic ,from Newark to our hotel in Brooklyn. I would use this service again.
