Transfer to hotel in times square was a bit fraught, driver was very fast and waved all over the place (did not speak, bit grumpy) nearly dropped us off at wrong hotel., In comparison we used voucher to transfer back to airport. Was picked up in a minibus, driver was pleasant, helpful and courteous, pleasant journey to airport.

It was fairly easy process of calling and waiting to be picked up. Our driver didn't speak much English except when asking for a tip. We had to help him navigate the area around our hotel using the gps on our phones. I would use again if necessary.

Driver was new and wqs unsure of his assignment, The dispatcher was calling him and said he did not register the pick up. I ended up talking to the dispatcher...I should not have done.
