DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Left me stranded at LGA for over an hour. App kept saying car was coming and then it was canceled. I called the office and they said someone would be there. NEVER came. My fault for prepaying as I NEVER got a refund for the service that was NOT provided and then they lie to my credit card company saying it was my fault. They should be ashamed that they run a business like this.

They suck. When I landed, I asked them where I should go to find the car. They said anywhere outside. When I was ready for the car, the next person I spoke with said I had to walk to the parking garage. Ugh...but it gets worse. I ordered a Lux Sedan. A van showed up. I had with me a small 6lb dog and was told it would be an extra $10. I called and they said it was policy (but you CANNOT see this at all on the website). Don't believe me? Try making a booking yourself and see. If they screw up on the car, I have to suck it up. The fare to midtown would have been $76 all in. I gave them the middle finger, got a refund, and was quickly able to get a taxi. Total with tip was $45. Really - why bother with them. You have been warned.

Never use Carmel to pick you up at an airport I booked a car for my sister-in-law and she arrived and they said they would be there in 20 minutes and an hour later they stated they had no cars and she was out of luck and her reservation was cancelled. I was told that they routinely over book when they know they will not have any cars available. They are a slipshod and irresponsible company and what is worse -- they don't even care what they put their customers through. They used to have a sterling reputation -- but they have fallen far below that!!! NEVER USE CARMEL!!
