They suck. When I landed, I asked them where I should go to find the car. They said anywhere outside. When I was ready for the car, the next person I spoke with said I had to walk to the parking garage. Ugh...but it gets worse. I ordered a Lux Sedan. A van showed up. I had with me a small 6lb dog and was told it would be an extra $10. I called and they said it was policy (but you CANNOT see this at all on the website). Don't believe me? Try making a booking yourself and see. If they screw up on the car, I have to suck it up. The fare to midtown would have been $76 all in. I gave them the middle finger, got a refund, and was quickly able to get a taxi. Total with tip was $45. Really - why bother with them. You have been warned.
