This company was by far the worst private transfer company I have ever used....and I have used a lot of companies.
Several things went wrong from the time of pickup (which the driver was not there and arrived over 15 minutes late), to the driver (Kamel) who apparently forgot COVID was still real (he didn't have on a mask), drove erratically, lived in his car, and overcharges his customers. He charged more than the quoted price and he also charged me twice (once on my card - he said the machine didn't work) and in cash.
Traveler Beware of this company, especially the above-stated driver (Kamel). I have reached out to this company on more than 7 occasions and I am always told someone will get back to me...that has yet to occur. I would have loved to rectify the situation via other means but due to the lack of communication, this was my only option. I do not want any visitors to New York City visitors to experience the same situations I did. You deserve to enjoy yourself from start to finish and this was not the way to begin my trip. AGAIN, TRAVELERS BEWARE of this company.
