While researching private New York tour options, I was drawn to Sheldon’s great reviews. I decided to let Sheldon plan the 6 hour tour with a separate driver and requested for the tour to include a subway ride which Sheldon obliged. Having a separate driver allowed us to enter and exit the vehicle with ease and kept my mother in law who was using a wheelchair from having to walk far. She even stayed with the driver while Sheldon took the rest of us on the subway. He went at our pace. Even still, we saw many sites and had a fantastic time learning from him. Sheldon interacted with my children who surprisingly both listened and asked questions. In the days following our tour with Sheldon as we enjoyed NY on our own, we all constantly pointed out sites and brought up the information Sheldon gave us. My son even said the pizza place Sheldon took us to for lunch was the best pizza he ever had. We only had a few days in NY and we are glad we chose to tour with Sheldon on our first day. He gave us a great foundation to build our New York experience on.

This was amazing and the best decision I have made when visiting the city. Sheldon took us where we wanted to go and provided so many details, we learned a lot. We had an amazing luxury minibus which comfortably fit three adults and 3 kids. We had a blast and Sheldon engaged all of us, including the kids. We went to numerous places and accomplished way more in this four hours than we would have on our own. I highly recommend doing this, as you are with your family and get to do what you want on your own schedule. Sheldon was attentive and made sure the kids were just as involved as the adults.

His knowledge of New York and surrounding communities, hIs enthusiam and pride for his City and his sense of humor made for an enjoyable day. He was thorough in understanding our interests and planning our day. He was in constant contact with us from the moment we made the reservation to the following day to check in with us.
