When booking it asks: name of passenger, pickup address, name of airline, flight number, time of departure. Firstly it should be clear that they mean time of pickup. Secondly the voucher gives a number to call if you can't ser your drivet. It doesn't say what the driver /vehicle looks like. I rang the given number to find out what i was looking out for. When i gave the voucher number and was told they didn't have the booking and that i should have called to confirm the booking. Nowhere does it mention having to call to confirm (confirm what exactly?). To their credit they arranged a ride in 20 minutes but it very stressful
