Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)

They did not show! Waited and waited. Finally went to the taxi line, which I would have done in the first place. Aargh. Late with teens. Sucks.

Very easy to book... I reached out to the tour operator to confirm pick up time and location. Driver was nice but did not speak much English. We did get to the airport on time and what we expected. (i.e. Tolls and Gratuities are not included and must be paid in cost to the driver). I think the description in the listing of the Tolls costs is out of date or we are cheated... becuase it costed us $20 to use the Toll bridge to go to LGA (not what was listed in the description of 11.16).
