Once good and very reliable, now this company is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs. They left me stranded in NYC as the car never showed up. From the airport: the car was dirty, the driver did nothing but complain about having to drive for this company and he did not know how to use the credit card function. Awful!!!! Plan another company or get a fixed rate taxi. Horrible.

I accidentally canceled my reservation but the Viator staff were extremely helpful in resolving this issue. Our driver provided us a quick and safe transfer to our destination in lower Manhattan.

Driver could barely speak English and stopped to fill with gas without any request or explanation when we were already running late due to traffic. He also had trouble handling cash payment of tolls resulting in further delays at the end of the journey.
