Unlike the arrival pick-up driver, who was fantastic, this driver didn't understand anything we said to him. He hardly spoke any English at all and when he asked which terminal we wanted, he got it wrong. Even when I told him where we wanted, he didn't understand. Eventually he got it and took us to the right one. He kept saying he was sorry but I am afraid if someone can speak English, then they shouldn't have the job until they can.

The limo arrived at Newark airport within 5 minutes of telephoning and despite many road works within the city the driver managed a number of diversions to arrive at our hotel in good time. Impressed with the service.
