Professional service, thanks. Driver was over the top apologictic for minor delay due to an accident, that blocked traffic into LGA. It was totally fine, that's New York and not the drivers fault. He called us and kept us informed of the situation. Great communitca, clean car, very professional and outstanding service!

Had some confusion on this pick up - either I gave them the wrong building number or they wrote it down wrong. In any event a number of phone calls were required to get the limo to the correct address. The call centre is somewhat abrupt in their attitude and would not win any honours for politeness. Given that the driver was very helpful and got us to the airport OK.
