We were able to adjust the time of collection from our Internet booking for just a bit more time in NYC! Driver was on time, courteous and polite. Car was immaculate!

Were picked up by a female Asian driver who we assisted to put the cases in the van and also to unload at the airport, we were then told we had to a $6.50 fee for the toll road??, gave her $10 and said keep the change, she saod mdhe wanted the $10 as a tip and to give her another $6.50, we said no so she got in her van and stared at us until we had entered the terminal - not a nice experience at all, do not recommend.
