Private Family Walking Tour: In the Footsteps of the Founders

Overview
See the best of Revolutionary Philadelphia and America’s founding story on a private walking tour, ending with tickets to Independence Hall. On your tour, you will see the first post office in America, see where Betsy Ross lived and sewed the first American flag, see the second bank of the United States, which is now a portrait gallery, and see the Liberty Bell! This tour is the perfect way to not only see the highlights, but to explore their stories and learn about the truths behind some of the country’s greatest founding myths.

Please note:
- The Christ Church Burial Grounds are closed in the winter months and cannot be accessed. Your guide will substitute this for another site on the day of your tour.
- Carpenter's Hall and the Second Bank are currently being renovated. During these closures, your guide will give the historical background from the outside.

Expensive private tour. Definitely not worth the money. We could have done just as well by doing a tour on our own following a guide book.

Keshler was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information we had never heard before. He was very engaging with the kids, and had a great sense of humor.
