Learn about the city’s role in the American revolution and fight for independence. See Benjamin Franklin's Grave from the outside, and walk by the National Constitution Centre, dedicated to telling the story of the U.S. Constitution.

Franklin Court

Explore Franklin Court, the historic site where Benjamin Franklin lived and worked during his time in Philadelphia, and walk past the first post office in America, established by Benjamin Franklin in 1775 who was appointed the first Postmaster General of the United States.

Christ Church

See Christ Church, founded in the 17th century which played an important role in American history attended by many of the founding fathers, including George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Betsy Ross.

The President's House

Discover The President's House Site, where Presidents George Washington and John Adams lived during their terms in the office including a memorial that honours the enslaved Africans who lived and worked there.

Our tribe is history driven. We originally signed up for the tour to guarantee tickets for Independence Hall. Maria reached out early and gave suggestions for dining and activities. She customized our tour on the fly based on interests and time. We were never rushed, and received an amazing opportunity to see the City of Brotherly Love by a woman who is “travel family”. We would do the tour again- only with our wonderful guide!!

Great tour ! Knowledgeable guide . Could have done with a little longer ! Really good orientation as well so suggest take this tour at the start of a visit like we did .

This was one of the best tours we've ever done. Our guide Steve was absolutely fantastic--friendly and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made it interesting for the whole group from teens to adults. Highly recommend!
