What To Expect

Hana Highway - Road to Hana

Tour the world famous road to Hana and chose all the best stops with the input from your guide. Options include walking, sightseeing, photographing, jumping in pools, floating down streams and taking in the beauty of a vibrant tropical jungle.

Ho'okipa Beach Park

This north shore beach, with breath taking views, has become a gathering place for turtles in recent years providing a good opportunity to see them resting on the beach. Views from the cliff offer surfers and windsurfers riding some of the island's biggest waves.

Wai'anapanapa State Park

A very common stop for visitors because of its natural lava formations and expansive ocean views. The attractions of the park include a rare black sand beach, an ancient walking trail, and a natural blow hole. The park is well suited for all visitors to Maui and has has easily accessible bathrooms

Red Sand Beach - Kaihalulu Beach

One of the world most unique places to visit. The hike to the beach can be difficult and even dangerous, so we take only experienced, adventurous hikers. When the surf is small we are able to take a cautious swim.

Venus Pool (Waioka Pond)

A gorgeous brackish water pool where jungle streams meet the Maui coastline. Sunbathe on warm rocks then cool off jumping into deep clear pools.

Hamoa Beach

Our favorite beach on the island which can be viewed from the road, or enjoyed with a swim in the turquoise ocean and relaxing on the white sand beach.

Charles Lindbergh's Grave

One of the many sights on the road around the backside of Maui. Pristine mountain, ocean, and jungle vistas on this beautiful, but slow going one way road.

Hands down, our best tour and day during our vacation. Kellen met us at our hotel, in a clean and well prepared van (water, beach towels, even a phone charger for when my phone died!). My daughters (24 and 18) and I so enjoyed this tour. And I am so happy that I did not have to drive this tough road. Upon reflection, we really loved the laid back, unhurried approach to the tour. Kellen was invaluable in his knowledge of the best spots, the local hidden secrets, and the locations of the best bathrooms and banana bread. We saw waterfalls and wonderful beaches (off the beaten path). Most importantly, Kellen is a very good driver and kept us safe on this crazy road. There are a lot of inexperienced drivers on these roads and, even with Covid rules still in place, the road was crowded. I cannot even imagine the crowds during normal times. My daughters raved about the tour afterward, leaving my son quite jealous that he had missed it. Do yourself a favor and book this tour. It is so worth it.
