Muir Woods National Monument

Stop in Muir Woods National Monument, where ancient groves of Giant Redwoods (Sequoia Sempervirens) tower over Redwood Creek. Our stop is the most time offered of any other tour company (90 minutes) and Muir Woods entrance fee included.

Viator advertises a private, luxury car for the tour. A 20 passenger tour bus showed up to take the three of us on our private tour. Driver was very nice, but we were disappointed. There were some things we would like to have seen, but a tour bus was not allowed in those areas.
