We went on an amazing sunset cruise! Captain Shane was awesome. The yacht was super clean and comfortable. He explained the history of the area and pointed out landmarks. He played great music, displayed colorful lights on the water and let the kids act as captain and steer the boat. The kids loved when he flew through the water making twists and turns. One of my favs was watching the planes take off and land and watching the black hawk helicoptors fly right over us. He knows the best places to take family/friends trips!!! We highly recommend this excursion and will definitely go out with them again! If you are on the fence, just do it!!! It's likely a once in a lifetime experience!

The Private Yacht tour far exceeded my expectations. Master Captain Shane was very accommodating to me wife and kids celebrating my wife’s birthday. Shane’a professionalism was top notch and his knowledge was exceptional! Will absolutely recommend and utilize this service again.

Last night, my friends and I celebrated my fiancé’s birthday with a late night boat ride with S&S Charters. It was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! I’ve never rented a yacht before so I was a bit nervous. I knew I made the right decision choosing S&S before we even got on the boat. Captain Shane’s professionalism and communication were A1! He was very responsive to all inquiries and kept in touch with me throughout the days leading up to our charter. We arrived at the dock a few minutes early as Captain Shane was pulling in. The boat was beautiful! It was very clean and looked exactly as pictured on the booking site. We sailed the Anacostia river for 2 hours. The views of the city at night from the water are beautiful! Captain Shane’s personality and DJ skills just enhanced our experience. I definitely plan to use S&S Charters again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for yacht rentals in DC.
