Overview

Come on a guided adventure with lots of good times and breath taking scenery. Edisto Island is one of the last few untamed places of South Carolina. Not many people are familiar with it's vast unexplored rivers and tributaries and the overabundance of strong fisheries. Few people realize the rich history of this quite little island as well. These two things combined are what makes Captain Justin Ravenel tick. He grew up spending every second of his free time getting to know the secrets of the island and he like's nothing more than to share them with you. The only thing Justin enjoys more than putting you on fish is spending time with his twin baby girls and his AMAZING wife!

I took myself, my wife and 4 year old out on the boat on a curated trip just for my kid. It included: * an eco-tour where we saw dolphins and other animals * driving around fast through the river and taking some fun turns * finding a bottle with a map inside, which we followed to a little island where a legit treasure chest had been buried. We dug it up and my kid got some treasure * Even a quick fishing attempt! I really appreciated that I gave some input into what we were looking for and Justin curated the trip just for us. The treasure hunt was a new thing, but with the combination of the map in the bottle, and actually digging up the treasure, it was pretty special to do. Great conversation, great trip, highly recommend.

We had a mother/daughter trip with friends scheduled and Captain Justin did not disappoint! Had us on the fish immediately and made it SO easy for a boat full of complete novices. Never once made us feel like a fish out of water :) Instead we felt right at at home with his gracious hospitality. Can’t wait to go again! Thank you for helping us take that leap out of our comfort zone and make some wonderful memories with our girls!
