This epic hall of fame pays homage to our inductees through an immersive concert-quality production and a space for fans to share their own stories. Another milestone being celebrated is 50+ years since the start of Rolling Stone Magazine, the counterculture start up that rose to the top by covering the cross-section of music, politics and pop culture. Here's a short list of our permanent, featured exhibits that help us show off our collection: • Roots of Rock & Roll • The Beat Goes On: an interactive exhibit to show who influenced your fav band • Elvis • Legends of Rock: featuring Guns N' Roses, David Bowie, the Supremes, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Parliament Funkadelic and many more • Cities and Sounds: Motown, Psychedelic, Punk, Grunge... This museum was absolutely huge. My wife and I got there in the early afternoon. We were a little afraid of the food trucks outside so we went inside to the café for something to eat and were not disappointed. As for the museum itself the 1st floor was fabulous and we should have spent more time with all of the short films as well as the interactive activities. The 2nd floor was basically a karaoke floor which we skipped. The 3rd 4th and 5th floors were dedicated to certain groups some of which we were not interested in. Bottom line is spend most your time on the 1st floor and then browse through the rest.

Visited the rock and roll hall of fame with our Relatives from Massachusetts. This place is 6 floors and it takes about 2 hours to go through the 1st floor. The place is full of memorabilia related to all different types of musical stars such as handwritten lyrics musical instruments pianos organs guitars horns and everything in between period they have a little snack bar. They also have an experience where you go in and sit down and it is loud loud loud and flashy lights and very good. We've very much enjoyed the experience. Beautifully located on the shores of lake Erie and next to Cleveland Brown stadium. Lots to do in this area it's planned on spending the entire day.

We were so excited to come here. Our expectations were pretty high because everyone we know who has been there has loved it. The museum was both overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. The first floor was super crowded with people and so much noise. We got the second entry time, but I think people just stay on that floor. I sort of wish we had gone backwards. The place had no comprehendible order, so it might have worked. After the first floor, it was wasted space. I did like the Power of Rock video. The level with guitars and amps was a waste. There was nothing interactive. The SuperBowl exhibit was okay. We also went to the Henry Ford museum on this trip. It had so many interactive things like a board where you see inventions and their influences. That is what I wanted more of at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Bottom line, it was sensory overload on the bottom floor , and boredom on the others.
