I have traveled all over Europe using several trains. I have their service not even to come close to the Rocky Mountaineer. They have superb service. We had a dedicated staff for our car consisting of 3 personnel and one talented chef (Evan, Sophia, Paul and Crystal). Evan provided excellent tour guide narration throughout our entire journey. The food was freshly prepared and came with any beverage to include wine and any liquor. The views were astonishing made even more meaningful through Evans narratives. We spent the night in Glenwood Springs, home of the largest hot springs in the world. We stayed in the Colorado Hotel. Teddy Rosavelt frequented used this hotel during his hunting trips. It is very historic. Glenwood Springs looks very similar to many German towns. Upon completion of our journey in Denver we needed to take Uber to our hotel. Crystal or Sohia, not sure which one, saw that we could not find the Uber, outside the train station. She guided us directly to our Uber and wished us farewell. What SUPERB service and caring. Rockey Mountaineer has to be the BEST train company in North America. We plan on taking a Canadian trip next, home of the Mountaineer.

The two day trip on the Rocky mountaineer was fantastic, scenery was the best, service was beyond professional. Our car crew of Joey, Leigh, Kendra, and chef Carol were outstanding and made our journey all the more memorable!

The scenery and service is outstanding. Great trip to celebrate my birthday, and well worth the cost. The stop at the Colorado Hotel in Glenwood Springs was a good break, and the crew had coffee and goodies lined up on the station platform for next morning boarding.
