No phone number was given to arrange pick up for return to airport. Pre-paid in full for round trip service on 12 May 2021. Driver showed up on 20 May 2021 and drove us to hotel with no problems. He told me to call on 21 May to insured I was booked for return trip on 22 May. He did not provide me we a phone number to call. When I checked the paper work I previously received via e-mail when i booked the reservation, there was no phone number to call. I then called the driver who drove me to the hotel upon my arrival on 20 May to get the dispatcher's number. He said he did not have or know any phone numbers to contact them. He gave me a web site to contact them, Talixo.com, which did not exist when I tried to reach them. So i had to make last minute arrangements to get to the airport. Only received half of what I paid for.

About the phone number, you should received it from Viator at voucher, along with the instructions for your transfers, we are sorry you didn´t recognize it to give as a call on time.
