Salem Kids Slightly Spooky Tour

Overview
This tour combines true tales from Salem’s past with some mild ghost stories just for kids age 6+. Our aim is not to scare the heck out of your kids, but to provide a little shiver and bit of mystery for kids who like ghost stories. We are also telling you intriguing historical facts as well. This tour follows a route that is near the downtown, but it’s a little off the beaten path, very picturesque, and you’ll feel as if you stepped back in time. The tour ends at our historic and creepy Broad Street Cemetery, which was established in 1655. Meets at 316 Essex Street.
For over twelve years, parents traveling with kids have chosen Salem Kids Tours for a fun, well-researched and fascinating trip through time. Many times we have heard from kids, “I didn’t want the tour to end.” Parents have described our tours as the highlight of their trip to Salem. We are happy to show you around. We love kids, we understand their unique needs, and we look forward to meeting you on one of our tours.

Alicia was amazing! She was so incredible with the kids, making sure they were front and center and engaged the whole time. She was excellent at telling stories about the area in a way that was both interesting and informative. I know she was tailoring it for the kids, but my husband and I agreed that we both got so much out of it as well and found it so enjoyable. She had so much information to share and was happy to answer additional questions. Highly recommend if you are traveling with kids!! Ours are 7 and 10 and they loved it. Thank you so much!!
