San Diego Whale Watching Tour

Overview

Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!
Typically our trips are 2.5-3 hours in length, but time can vary based on seasons and locations of sightings.

Not worth it only saw dolphins and from far away. It was boring slept half if the ride. Most of the ppl on board was asleep I definitely don't recommend. No good drinks

After reading reviews we expected to see Dolphins, and not whales...so our expectations were realistic and we were not at all disappointed with the AMAZING dolphins we saw! Being right in the middle of a "nursery pod" with momma's and babies (estimated at least 100 dolphins) was incredible. We also came upon a "bachelor pod" with about 50 dolphins. The crew was very nice, informative, and kept that vessel CLEAN with numerous wipe downs during our time on the boat. We got a great price on Groupon that I had trouble redeeming online, so had to call for assistance and they were very helpful on the phone as well! 1st class all the way, and we hope to come back again to see whales!
