The most epic day! The absolute best whale watching I have ever experienced. The crew was awesome as well. LOVED this so much. We saw 4 different types of whales for hours (blue, humpback, minty, and fin). Also saw squid, sun fish, and seals...It was so awesome. The whales were swimming under the boat. It was up close and personal.

What a trip! I had never been whale watching, so I wasn't sure what to expect...and I wasn't disappointed! We saw 4 different kinds of whales, and interesting fish, squid, and we could even see the krill in the water. The whales (Blue, Humpback, Fin and Minke) where surface feeding, so we got some amazing views. The Privateer was right in the middle of them all. There were so many whales, it was difficult to know which way to look...we were surrounded! The blue whales swam under the boat a few times, so we got to experience their size. They have extra crew members on board who walk around answering questions, which I think is a great idea. My only complaint is that I didn't have a better camera!

We went on the 3 hour boat trip on impulse and we had a great time! We were able to see Blue Whales and it was truly amazing. The boat wasn't crowded and the staff was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be going again.
