The Safari tram was a nice experience. The guide was knowledgeable and also added some humor. Many attractions were closed and some of the animals were not out. It’s a long walk for some people. A good day overall, but could be better.

The worst experience I’ve ever received. I put in a request for a refund and I really hope I get my money back because it was complete nonsense. We bought tickets to go to the safari zoo yesterday. When we get there, my tickets couldn’t be scanned and they couldn’t enter the barcode number because it had letters in it which they could not type out. The people at the gate sent me back to the box office to see what the issue was. Then the box office told us they couldn’t help us at all because viator is a third party service. So then I contacted viator, then they told me I need to solve it out with the zoo. Then I go back to the zoo box office and they told me no viator has to solve it. Then viator kept redirecting to a bunch of numbers, nothing was getting resolved. I waited way longer than I should have. We ended up having to buy tickets at the box office because we went with a group and were on a timed schedule. Mind you all of my friends bought tickets from the same service provider, viator as well, and none of them had issues with their tickets except for me. It was a really frustrating experience and now I just want my money back since I could not get into the zoo with the tickets that viator provided me with.
