Kathy was a fantastic tour guide. We were from Canada and found it amazing. We loved the historical aspect she brought to the tour. Each place we visited was such a significant part. Our good fortune to meet a gentleman who knew Harvey Milk was just a fantastic twist of fate. Kathy living in the neighborhood provided on opportunity to see things from an insider view and she gave us great suggestions on where to go to meet people of our similar age and interests. A must for anyone. You don't have to be gay to enjoy this tour. It is truly a walking history lesson.

A++ Kathy is a wealth of information and an excellent tour guide. As a first time visitor I was somewhat nervous about how to get to the tour from the Muni Light Rail Powell Street Station. I just asked the ticket agent and arrived at the Castro Station in a matter of minutes.

Great walking tour of the Castro with Kathy giving the story of Harvey Milk. Only bad experience we had had nothing to do with the tour except that it happened during the tour. There were two people loudly arguing at a street corner, it was so loud I thought it might end up as a fist fight. Kathy did her best and kept on with the tour and we went on to our next location of the tour.
