This service is no longer running. We did not find out till we got to the location and found another company running it. I need a contact number for a refund. I tired looking online, but could not find one.

Disappointing. We turned up at the site to redeem our ticket but the office was closed. We tried calling the number but no-one answered. We went to the departure point and there was no bus. We tried calling the next day for a refund and again no-one answered.

Missed the bus, ticket provided two departure points we saw after departure time. 😟. Have asked for a refund and hoping to rebook as we wanted to do tour but awaiting a response!
