Our first time in Savanah GA to spend a few days and tour around and we used Gray Line for the Land and Sea Package. The tour guide was good and very knowledgeable and the ride was okay . The City is Beautiful and full of Great History! But in the Sea portion of the tour, it was on a river. The tour guide on board the boat was equally knowledgeable and entertaining. But you need to pick your clients up after the “Sea “ portion of the trip, which should have been included in our price of the ticket, and not leave everyone stranded and abandoned. Everyone that paid for the tour had to find alternate transportation back to your welcome center(starting point), to retrieve their vehicles. The tour consisted of a lot elderly that were not able to walk great distances to catch a bus . Your company drops off at the river, you need to pick up at the same place and return your clients back to the staging area!

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, and we understand your frustration that we don't offer a pick up after the Riverboat Cruise. As the website states, we provide a pick-up service only for this tour as the sea portion does not need to be taken on the same day as the land portion. We do provide customers with information on how to use the free DOT shuttle service and maps are provided. We will work to make this information clearer during our booking process and appreciate your feedback.

We had a wonderful time on this dolphin tour. We saw more than the average dolphins on our tour. We feel very safe with Captain Mike and his second mate. We would definitely go again. They were on time and very friendly.

Nice tour...... however the description does not make it clear about time........ it says 90 minutes total........ BUT it is 90 minutes for Land & additional 90 minutes for River Boat Ride ( doesn’t go to the “Sea”, just “River”). We had over an hour between the two which was perfect for having lunch down on the riverfront before boarding.
