Overview

Following your trolley tour of Historic Savannah, embark on the Savannah Riverboat for a 90 minute sightseeing cruise down the Savannah River. During the 90 minute cruise, experience the river that was – and remains – the lifeblood of Savannah! Take advantage of the great photo opportunities of Savannah’s historic riverfront and skyline. The land portion of the tour which is 90 minutes historic trolley tour will be the beginning of the tour. After the land portion of the tour, the trolley driver will drop you off at the River Street boat departure location from where you would board the boat. After the “Sea” portion is done, please call our dispatch line to be dropped back off at Savannah visitors center, your hotel, or anywhere in historic Savannah. The total tour time between land & Sea portion is approximately 5 hours, counting the time between the tour.

The land tour part was great. Stephanie, our van tour guide, could answer any and all questions. It was a cool, comfortable ride. The river cruise only talked about the port of Savannah. And we had to come outside in the heat to hear, because the narration cannot be heard inside the air conditioned seating area. The narrator was very good, but while the land portion of the tour was excellent, the river cruise was in no way worth it.

It was a really nice way to get acquainted with the history and the city of Savannah. Some of the tour guides had really good insight and advice. The boat ride was full of interesting history.

We only had a few hours in Savannah and the heat was cranking up. We grabbed these tickets and were so glad we did! You can sit in the A/C and hear the extremely knowledgeable tour guide! He was funny and accommodating-Snacks and drinks available
