Poor service and terrible communication. Bus was an hour late for pickup from Mall and seats and floor were wet when we got on. I guess due to low numbers we were added to a bus going to the Everglades. Again communication was The biggest issue. Bus was to leave mall at 5. Driver told us to meet at 4.30 and then picked us up at 5.30 from a different location. He parked in middle of busy road which we had to cross. Crazy

About a 45 minute bus journey. On our day the bus was late. The Mall was quiet when we got there. We headed to stores on our wish list first to make sure we did them. This place is massive and easy to get lost so make sure you know where the pick up place is. The trip says its accessible, luckily I am able to walk a short distance but my husband had to lift my scooter into the bus (the driver helped) but on the way back it was a mini van so definitely would not of been accessible for some. Maybe it would be good to find out what kind of accessibility individuals require before.
