Scenic Horseback Adventure

Overview

Enjoy a 1 hr hour walking guided horseback ride with panoramic views of the Verde Valley. We are only 30 minutes from Sedona. This ride is tailored for nervous first timers, beginners, families and children. The ride takes you around the Texas Longhorn pen where you will get to see Brutus, the gentle giant as well as buffalo.. Enjoy views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains and see as far as the San Fransico Peaks in Flagstaff. The old west feel of this location, the western facades, horses, chickens, goats and cows will make you want to trade your shiny shoes for an old pair of boots and your fancy car for a horse! Guest are also welcome to feed the barbado sheep, give the horses treats or take a selfie with the minis.

My child was in tears. My child and I drove over 50 minutes and were so happy only to find nobody there. The instructions said to be there 15 minutes prior. We arrived at 7:30am. It was 8:30 am, we called them several times and left voicemails and NOTHING. The tickets were confirmed for 8:00am but when I called I got voicemail each time. What a complete disappointment, waste of my time, gas and money. I didn’t even get an apology when they finally decided to answer an hour later. I will be telling everyone about this horrible experience. My baby was in tears.

It was great, just would've been better if we went a little faster. Obviously trail would've had to be longer to keep it an hour ride. All in all it was fun and our lead was great!

It was a good experience. The guide was very nice and personable. We never really got to ride very fast, it was a walk the entire time.
