Scenic Horseback Adventure

Overview

Enjoy a 1 hr hour walking guided horseback ride with panoramic views of the Verde Valley. We are only 30 minutes from Sedona. This ride is tailored for nervous first timers, beginners, families and children. The ride takes you around the Texas Longhorn pen where you will get to see Brutus, the gentle giant as well as buffalo.. Enjoy views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains and see as far as the San Fransico Peaks in Flagstaff. The old west feel of this location, the western facades, horses, chickens, goats and cows will make you want to trade your shiny shoes for an old pair of boots and your fancy car for a horse! Guest are also welcome to feed the barbado sheep, give the horses treats or take a selfie with the minis.

Very glad we did this even with the weather being 117 degrees. Drink a lot of water before this. The experience far exceeded our expectations. The horses were sweet and the lead wrangler, Fred, was amazing. He brought all the authenticity together. This was the last big thing we did in Sedona and are beyond glad we did it. Fred even gave us a great restaurant recommendation for after, Javelina. Highly recommend making the effort to get this on your trip!

My 13 year old son I had a great experience. We both loved it very much. It was very beautiful and amazing. The guy that took us was so much fun and very knowledgable and had great stories of what has happened to him. All of the staff paople were great.
