Scenic Horseback Adventure

Overview
Enjoy a 1 hr hour walking guided horseback ride with panoramic views of the Verde Valley. We are only 30 minutes from Sedona. This ride is tailored for nervous first timers, beginners, families and children. The ride takes you around the Texas Longhorn pen where you will get to see Brutus, the gentle giant as well as buffalo.. Enjoy views of the Verde Valley, Mingus Mountains and see as far as the San Fransico Peaks in Flagstaff. The old west feel of this location, the western facades, horses, chickens, goats and cows will make you want to trade your shiny shoes for an old pair of boots and your fancy car for a horse! Guest are also welcome to feed the barbado sheep, give the horses treats or take a selfie with the minis.

WOW! What an amazing experience!! I highly recommend if you're in the area to do this. We did the 5:30 adventure and got to watch the sunset over the mountains AND the rise of the harvest moon. The tour guide is super friendly and the horses were fantastic. It's well worth the time and money! I wish I lived nearby so I could go more often and take friends.

The guide was, unfortunately, terrible. We were three in all but two of the horses were very slow (no fault of their own). The guide made no effort to include the behind two in his (very few and far between) observations of the land we were "riding" through. We didn't spot any animals so the 1.5 hours was spent pretty much just going in silence through the Arizona desert. It could have been more educational at least, since there are so many natural points of interest that were spottable. I would not remotely recommend this to anyone from our experience.

Hello, We would like to extend to you are most sincere apologies regarding your recent experience with us. We want all of our guests to feel like family when they come. I do know however that we as a team have been going through some tryin times with Covid 19 and regulations. We have had complaints from people stating that guests were to close and not far enough apart, and then we have had others that feel the ride was to spread out. We are trying to figure out a solution to this or at least let our guests know before mounting that we still have a covid 19 percaution protocol. Please accept our apologies and if you are ever in the area we would love another chance. Sincerely,
