See another of NYC's uniquely innovative parks. This stunning and very popular park, sits atop the Hudson River on stilt-like "Tulip Pots". The beautiful park is relatively small at just 2.4 acres in size, and therefore, access to the park's interior is limited based upon crowd size. Although we indicate a "pass by without stopping" at this attraction, your Guide will do everything in their power to get your tour group interior access to the park, if there is availability.

The Vessel
This is an absolutely stunning piece of climbable art and architecture It is indisputably, the hottest attraction to arrive in New York City, in decades! A definite must-see as part of your tour of the High Line. Tour Guests will have a chance to view this amazing structure that begs for photos to be taken, as the tour concludes in the Hudson Yards area. You are welcome to spend as much or as little time there at tour's end. Please make sure that you bring your camera!

Dear Debbie, thank you for a fun tour! The High Line is a place that made quite an impression on me. So I really wanted not just to take my daughter there for a walk, but to let her hear the whole story - of what this place used to be like, how the idea was born, how it started to change, about all the art pieces and architectural creations, etc. And we got all that and more. It happened so that we booked the tour on the eve - and turned out to be the only two people in the group, on a cold late-November afternoon. But even for us - the two people - Debbie went above and beyond. Not only did we do the two hours promised, she stayed with us for another forty minutes, continuing to show us more and more more of newer parts of the High Line that were created in the last few years! She showed us the best spots to take pictures, she volunteered to be our photographer, she showed us photos of the place as it used to look (which I always find both curious and memorable). She told us all the stories. She even took us to the subway and made sure we were headed in the right direction. Oh, and let's not forget the walk through the Chelsea market! Where we got to try some most delicious treats and got our hot coffees to go! Debbie, thank you again! It was real fun! Next time we are in New York, we'll definitely book you - in advance!

My guided walk along the High Line far exceeded my expectations. My amazing guide, Debbie Mason, was on time, highly knowledgeable, and warm and friendly. She patiently answered all my questions, showed me many historic photos, discussed the historic development and evolution of the meatpacking district, and briefed me on how the High Line project came to be, among many other things. Be sure to ask for her if you want a guided tour of the High Line or any other walking tour of New York.
