Calling this personalized and private in any way is pretty misleading. You sit with 24 other people per guide and they stand in one spot as a presenter. So if you are far away you can't even ask questions. The price was insane for what it was. Save your self some money and go to a local observatory. It'll honestly probably be more private than this. Definitely a disappointing experience.

It’s always unfortunate when we get a disappointing review. We have two tours. One private. You were booked on our regular tour so it was not private. Yes we have 24 people on our regular tour with a max of 6 guests per telescope. Our configuration is such that each telescope is no more than 10 feet from the presenter which is close proximity for interaction. In addition, our assistant astronomer is always roaming the group to assist all customers.
