Chris our astronomer was a wealth of knowledge! Such a unique evening, lasted well over stated time, and was so interesting. The views through the telescopes were a once in a lifetime experience for many of us.

Our Stargazing Tour was cancelled by the owners due to inclement weather. I need a refund of our money paid for this experience. We were not able to reschedule because we were leaving the next day. Please tell me how we can get our money back. Would have love to do this but the weather didn't cooperate.

We don’t understand why our guests would write a bad review because the weather did not cooperate. We ALWAYS refund the payments immediately. Sometimes it takes a few days to show up on the bank statement. If the tour was booked through Viator the payment was made to them not us and refunds should be addressed to the third party booking agent. We always cooperate 100 percent but patience is appreciated as this process can take a few days. If you did receive your refund we would appreciate your revising this review to reflect that or delete it completely as it is inaccurate. I am sure if you were able to attend our tour this would have been a stellar review. Thank you and we hope the weather cooperates next time.

Dave and Keenan were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the evening. They answered all of our questions and even stayed a few minutes late so we could see Jupiter rising. They reached after and sent each participant the photo of Jupiter.
