We booked and paid in. Advance , said I would receive and email with confirmation and address. Never received an email, so drove to the location on the website, arrived 30 minutes early to a dark school, I felt like I was in a scenes of a scary movie. Once I realized something didn’t seem right I called the number and after 10 minutes trying to figure things out I was told the tour was canceled due to poor weather conditions, that made zero sense because it was a perfect night with no clouds in the sky and a amazing view of all the stars. I will now make sure the money is refunded and will never attempt to use this company again

The guides were very knowledgeable. However, we didn’t get to see much. This tour is way overpriced. The description of the tour should describe what you can see depending on the time of the year. I understand that sometimes you are lucky and capture unexpected views but during the talk we found out that this time of the year is not possible to see planets. The one view that saved the night was the moon.

Very personable and knowledgeable host. Well run program allowed for ample viewing time and questions. What civilians should understand: most come to an event like this wanting to see “recognizable” things (planets). If that’s important you must check ahead, on our night none were in night sky. I was cool with star and galaxy gazing but it’s a different visual from the rings of Saturn.
