This was a very disappointing experience. First, our guide needed a personality transplant. He could not have been duller or less animated. My husband approached him to ask a question and he said, “ Go back to your telescope!” The images we saw were worse than I have seen with binoculars and In No way comparable to the photos on their web site. This was a total waste of time and money. Don’t waste your time or money with these amateurs.

My loss is your gain! At 6:45p, called to see if I could cancel our 9:30p booking. No answer, so I tried to cancel via trip advisor. Understanding the 24hr cancellation policy, I still tried to cancel, thinking maybe they’d still accommodate the cancellation. Regardless, of my excuse, I got an email showing my cancellation, $0 refund. I immediately called the company to say I cancelled my reservation and asked if we could reverse the cancellation and attend the original booking. They would not accommodate my request and they hung up on me. I called back. The woman I talked to said the reason she could not reverse the cancellation was due to staffing and equipment limitations. It was literally 2.5 hours before our scheduled time. Very disappointed. We ended up at our hotels (Arabella) complimentary star gazing right outside of our hotel! Save your money!!

Guides, Dave and Claudette, were very knowledgeable. Telescopes were amazing to see the night sky. Seeing the details on the moon was a highlight.
