We went on Wed. 5/19/21. The sky wasn't very dark. We could not hear the speaker. We could not get the telescope to work. They gave us help but then we could not see hardly anything in the telescope. We were probably not the right customers for this, but I had envisioned a much better experience. Definitely NOT worth the price for us. I emailed them first to convey my concerns, but I got no response. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review on anything. I thought my feedback might help others. If you are slightly hard of hearing, you can't hear the speaker in that big field.

This was a tour my 10 year old daughter picked for our trip. She was on cloud 9. We all learned so much. She was able to work the telescope which thrilled her. It was a beautiful evening and the staff was wonderful. Really enjoyed our night.

Everything was excellent except the choice of venue. We did not have a complete darkness amd unobstructed views of the sky. Lots of direct dwelling and city light. Was expecting we would be taken out to the desert not some field in the city itself
