Joseph…Guide & “Grand Teacher of riding a Segway” is so very good at his job!!! He made this part of our visit to San Antonio the most fun and educational experience of our whole trip!! What a kind, patient & knowledgeable young man with a great personality!! I mean this with all sincerity!! He is just a blessing of a human being! I was taken back when my Segway malfunctioned. I was riding along about half way into the trip when my handle bar just dropped towards me and made a funny noise. The guide said get off of it. I felt bad when the guide said " I told you if this happened, just get off". I asked why did it happen and he told me that I was too heavy? I was spoked for the remaining trip.I understand that these units have not been serviced properly since they have been unable to get replacement parts from China.
