Our tour guide, Scott, was excellent! He was direct and honest in that he set expectations right away, which I believe, is why our experience with the other participants was so positive. Everyone listened and side conversations didn’t detract from the tour. Everyone was prompt at meeting back up when it was time to move on. Scott is super knowledgeable about Colorado and the areas we visited. He made it interesting, fun and a great learning experience/adventure. The areas and sights we explored were gorgeous. I suggest taking this tour at the front end of your travels. It was an excellent way to sample great areas and become familiar with what activities and adventures they offer..... like an appetizer! If you participate in this tour, then revisiting independently and checking out some of the hiking trails and activities discussed during the tour is so much better.

This tour was fantastic. We had Scott as our guide - he is knowledgeable, friendly and makes sure everyone gets what they want from the trip, including pulling over at the side of the road when he spotted some elk up a hill. It is technically a half day tour but you get so much done it feels like a full day. Echo Lake is beautiful and if you get the chance to do the walk around it, I highly recommend you do it. Couldn't recommend this trip, or Scott as a guide, highly enough.
