Overview

This museum is all about military history on a personal level and is a collection of military artifacts that I started collecting over 40 years ago. We own many items but the select items we feature in this museum are ones with a story to tell. When our visitors leave the museum, it is our hope that they will have a new found attachment to the individuals who wore the uniforms, hats and medals.

What To Expect

Webb Military Museum

Located in Historic Downtown Savannah, Webb Military Museum features military artifacts from the American Civil War to Desert Storm. Original uniforms, headgear, and equipment are displayed in a walk-through setting. The museum honors our servicemen from all wars and branches. Many of the displays contain named groupings of servicemen highlighting their stories of service. A visit to Webb Military Museum will certainly bring back one’s love of history and the realization of how much we owe to our men and women in uniform. ACTIVE MILITARY ARE FREE!

One of the best collections of living, personal history I have ever seen. Mr. Webb has generously shared his labor of love with the public and has done an excellent job sharing the stories of those who fought and died fighting in the wars of the 19th and 20th centuries. I recommend anyone looking for an authentic historical experience outside of the stale museum environment to check this place out!

Private military collection belonging to Mr. Webb on display for public to view in this museum. If you are a military history buff it is a nice place to visit, don't miss this place. Very generous of Mr. Webb to share his personal collection with others.

Mr. Webb is very knowledgeable. He was so happy to share his own family history that began his love of all things military. This is a must do in Savannah.
