Definitely a world-class experience. Fantastic scenery, obviously. Interesting multimedia. And the restaurant was good too.

The whole experience of the One World Observatory was amazing. It’s so well done - from going up in the super fast lift with the amazing graphics charting the history of New York to the spectacular views around the city. Well worth a visit, particularly after a poignant walk around the remembrance pools.

Well worth the price! A must-see if you're in NYC. Observatory and buiding are CLEAN, lines and admission run smoothly and the experience has something for everyone. The views of course, are stunning. You can see so far even on rainy days (when I went). The guided and self-led tours are informative and you even get to use an iPad which knows what you're looking at and points out direction and landmarks.
