We took a 10am reservation on a Saturday morning and found no queues and easy access. The elevator journey up to the top is a great experience with video shows on the walls , showing how NY has developed over the years. Once at the observation level the views are incredible, interesting and captivating. The shows with various presenters are only on hourly and just missed one which appeared to be great but you need a higher frequency otherwise you leave without seeing it like us! It is expensive at $48/person pre-booked, our family visit came in at nearly $200 just to look at a view, so is not good value. To make things worse they try to con you into renting an iPad type device that identifies any building in the distance but at $15/unit it’s not worth it. Taking everything into account we rated it 6/10, could do better!!!

More or less what you’d expect from an attraction like this. Stunning views across Manhattan and beyond. Experience was well organised and wasn’t too busy (although we went first thing in the morning, 10am, not sure what it’s like later in the day). Just about worth the price ($54 incl priority entrance)

Got USD 10 off on the admission ticket, plus a complimentary upgrade, which allows me to sail through, and to skip the queues, overall it's been very well organized, and it was a rather spectacular experience.
