Great experience at the top. A beautiful clear day gave us unrivalled views across the city. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gift shop is expensive but you are not forced to buy. The elevator ride up is great with a time lapse of NYC through the last 100 years. No queues at 10am on a week day. Loved it!!!

Get the Skip the line and skip the line! Amazing elevator fast ride, amazing views, wish we could have gotten lunch reservations. Grandson enjoyed.

Fantastic views and the iPads help to tell you what you are viewing. It’s an experience hadn’t been before and really enjoyed it. Very high tech compared to some of the traditional observatory decks.
