The lobby officers were helpful on a bad weather day in making recommendations. So we walked around for few hours outside and at museum before going on Up .

A cool experience, but definitely a little overpriced for the duration of the ticket. I would recommend other activities if pressed for time.

Excellent views of Manhattan skyline is the best part. Bring your camera. The worst part is the constant push by photo vendor and food vendors for your money. Long lines only because you must wait in line for your photo ($30) even if you don't want one, a can of soda is $5 and snacks are overpriced too. It's a barrage of people wanting your money. But once you get pass all of them, the views are great.
