Excellent tour. The tour guide was great and had a lot of knowledge about the area as she was a local. We learnt a lot on the journey about New Orleans as well as the plantations we were visiting. On the swamp boat we saw a few alligators, turtles and various birds. Also saw a couple of alligator hunters coming in with their prey! The lunch was good, huge portions meant I couldn't get anywhere near finishing the dessert!

Our bus driver/guild was great and a really nice person. Had a great day out and the hole day was well managed and timed out. Driver was right on time for the pickup etc
Loved the swamp boat ride and our driver was very knowledgable about the environment and history as well.
Lunch was very tasty and the twelve oaks was amazing and very informative and so well laid out. Liked that you were able to take photos in the home itself and how there was so much information about the slaves, civil war etc was great.
The second home was interesting but could not understand why no photos. Guild was very business like and professional but could have tried to be a bit more warmer towards the group. Felt we were in the way.
Will give 4/5 but not 5/5 as the last plantation home was a bit of a let down and could do more to be friendlier.
Coming back to NewOrleans

Excellent!!!! Fun, fun, fun. Not a boring moment. The plantations were a great experience to the past. And the swamp adventure was loads of fun. Highly recommend. The tour guides were professional and knew what they were doing.
