Kayak tour was great. Nice group people and we had fun. Guide gave good information👍 We didn’t see much wildlife but maby the weather was to blaim

We loved that kayak tour on the Manchac Swamp!! After paddling for a few minutes, the noise of civilization disappears, and one can only enjoy the calm and peaceful swamp. This swamp is purely beautiful and magical!! Being surrounded by cypresses and Spanish moss as you paddle your way among the entangled “water lilies” is wonderful. We saw turtles and gators sunbathing just besides us, and we loved that too! We liked the Wild Louisiana Tour formula : the Manchac Swamp is not far from New Orleans (plus we were picked up by the shuttle in St Roch Market), truly amazing, and our guide was very nice. I recommend this kind of tour, which can be seen as a not-to-be-missed complement to an airboat swamp tour.

We were in a very small group and our guide, Max, was extremely knowledgeable about the bayou and its wildlife. We did get to see an alligator but felt safe at all times. It was a very relaxing excursion and probably the highlight of my trip to NO. When dropping us off, Max tried to get us as close to our airbnb as he could, which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
